- Wheat flour1 cup
- Sugar1.1/2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Separate the corn from the cob. Add the corn, eggs, milk and margarine in the blender and beat well.
- Then add the flour, sugar, coconut and flour little by little in a bowl. Beat with the mixer (you can beat manually, if you prefer).
- Finally, mix in the yeast. Oven preheated to 180 degrees Let the cake bake until golden.
