- Granno duro pasta500 g
- cherry tomato200 g
- Fresh ricotta200 g
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Ricotta Cream3 tablespoon
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste
- Cook the pasta as usual until al dente, meanwhile prepare the creamy sauce:
- In a glass refractory place a thread of olive oil, the cherry tomatoes, the ricotta in the middle and Season with salt, oregano and pepper.
- Put the ricotta cream, distributing well throughout the refractory
- Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
- Remove from the oven and mix well until creamy.
- Drain the cooked pasta and mix with the creamy sauce 🍅
- Serve right away 😋
