- Want to get your hands dirty? Heat the water and when it is lukewarm pour it into a bowl and then the yeast envelope let it dissolve. Then add the sugar, oil, salt, and mix well. Now add the flour little by little and stir with a wooden spoon. Keep adding and stirring until it starts to unglue from the bottom of the bowl. Now stir the dough with your hands for 03 minutes and make a ball and let it rest for 40 minutes covered by a dish towel. After this rest time, roll out the dough and make the buns in the shape you want. Place in a greased and floured form. Brush with beaten egg yolk and, if desired, place oregano on the buns and bake at 240 degrees until golden. ✏ Jeitinho da Rê: Instead of the beaten egg, you can brush the breads with a little coffee☕
