- Wheat Flour800 g
- Biological yeast (sachet)1 unit(s)
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Warm water2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Mozzarella to taste
- Pepperoni to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Onion to taste
- In a bowl, put the yeast and sugar, mix.
- Add the oil and mix once more.
- Add warm water and mix.
- Add the wheat flour and salt and knead the dough until it releases from the hands, about 10 minutes.
- Cover with a black cloth and let the dough rise until it doubles in size.
- Open the dough in the format you want, put the sauce and stuffing of your preference.
- My suggestion was pepperoni. But it's completely optional.
- Take your pizza to bake in medium oven until golden.
