- Oregano, parsley, and chives to taste
- Olive oil for sauteing1 teaspoon
- 1 can of tomato paste340 g
- Beef bouillon cubes2 unit(s)
- 1- Heat the oil and sauté the onion and garlic. 2-Add the ground beef, 1 cup of water and let it cook. 3-Put the tomato extract, oregano and approximately 1 and 1/2 liters of water. 4-Leave about 10 minutes and turn off, add parsley and chives. 5-The sauce should be very liquid. Line the bottom of a refractory with a little of the sauce. 6-Alternate layers of lasagna noodles, sauce, slices of ham, slices of mozzarella. 7-The last layer should be mozzarella. 8-Sprinkle grated cheese. 9-Take it to the oven and leave it until the mozzarella melts.
