- For the topping use lemon đ (pure juice)1 unit(s)
- Condensed milk (1 cx)395 g
- Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Add the milk and butter and beat for another minute.
- Add the wheat flour and hit the âpulseâ function of your blender, just to mix well.
- Now just add the baking powder and "pulse" again, don't beat too much so that your cake is very fluffy!
- Pour the cake batter into a greased and floured pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 40 minutes.
- For the easy lemon topping 1 box of condensed milk 60 ml of lemon juice Stir well until firm, preferably with a whisk. pour it on the cake and decorate with the zest of the lemon used.
