Easy Lemon Icing Cake 🍋

Bater no liquidificador  os ovos e açúcar por 2 minutos.


Beat the eggs and sugar in a blender for 2 minutes.


Acrescente o leite e a manteiga e bata mais um minuto.


Add the milk and butter and beat for another minute.


Adicione a farinha de trigo e bata na função “pulsar” do seu liquidificador, apenas para misturar bem.


Add the wheat flour and hit the “pulse” function of your blender, just to mix well.


Agora é só acrescentar o fermento em pó e “pulsar” novamente, não bata muito para que seu bolo fique bem fofinho!


Now just add the baking powder and "pulse" again, don't beat too much so that your cake is very fluffy!


Despeje a massa do bolo numa forma untada e enfarinhada.
Leve para assar em forno médio preaquecido, 180ºC, por aproximadamente 40 minutos.

Para a cobertura fácil de limão
1 caixa de leite condensado 
60 ml de suco de limão
Mexa bem até ficar firme, de preferência com um fuê.
despeje no bolo e decore com as raspas do limão utilizado.
