- 1 pack of Pasta500 g
- Salt for cooking pasta2 tablespoon
- Shredded Chicken1 cup
- Green smell to taste
- Diced pepperoni1 unit(s)
- Garlic cloves5 unit(s)
- Sour cream1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan Cheese to taste
- Olive oil or oil1 tablespoon
- Put a large pot of water on to boil. When it boils, put the salt and the pasta to cook for the time indicated on the package.
- Fry the pepperoni in olive oil, add garlic and onion and let it brown. Add the shredded cooked chicken and stir.
- Add the cream and cheese, stir, adjust the salt and turn off the heat. If you find it necessary, use half a cup of the water where your pasta is cooking, it helps to make your sauce creamier. If you use the pasta cooking water, be careful when adjusting the salt.
- Drain the water from the pasta, put the pasta in the sauce, stir and finish with green smell. Ready!!
