Easy Pasta with Cheese and Cherry Tomatoes

- Spaghetti pasta (fresh pasta)500 g
- Gorgonzola Cheese150 g
- Brie Cheese100 g
- Cherry tomato250 g
- Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
- Ground Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground pink pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Salt to taste
- In a pan put plenty of water and wait to boil, lower the heat and add the pasta, put a tablespoon of salt and cook until al dente, drain and reserve
- In a glass refractory place the olive oil, the cherry tomatoes and in the middle add the Brie and Gorgonzola cheeses, season with ground black pepper, ground pink pepper, oregano and salt to taste (add salt only to the cherry tomatoes), finish with the ground garlic.
- Take it to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 to 25 minutes: until the cheese softens and the cherry tomatoes are soft (crush it with a fork and if it falls apart, it's at the right point)
- Remove from the oven and carefully mix the cheeses with the cherry tomatoes, add the cooked pasta and stir well until creamy, then serve 😋
