- Shredded Coconut100 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Wheat flour with yeast2 cup
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Oil1 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- For the dough, mix the eggs, margarine and sugar. Beating in the blender and adding the wheat flour with yeast and the liquid milk, forming the cake dough.
- Then take it to a greased shape with butter and flour with a hole in the middle, taking a preheated oven to 180° for 30 minutes and the cake will be done.
- Now, for the white icing, add the condensed milk, cream, margarine, liquid milk and grated coconut in a pan. Stirring and leaving a liquid texture and placing on top of the cold cake. Complete recipe.
