- Ham300 g

- Wheat flour for breading200 g
- Oil for frying to taste
- Chopped Onion4 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Ground beef500 g
- Green Smell to taste
- Ready-made tomato sauce1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Wash the eggplants well and dry, cut into thin slices lengthwise
- Leave it in the salted water for 5 minutes, then pass the slices in the beaten egg and wheat flour
- Fry in hot oil until golden
- Sauté the onion, garlic, minced meat, green smell and salt
- Finally, add the tomato sauce and cook for 10 minutes.
