- Ground ham1 kg

- Syrian Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk, water, salt, sugar, oil and yeast for 3 minutes.
- Pour in the bowl and add flour little by little until you get a smooth and soft dough that doesn't stick to your hands. Let rise until doubled in size.
- In another bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, chopped seedless tomato and parsley. Season with salt and Syrian pepper and squeeze the juice from the lemons. Leave this stuffing in a sieve to drain.
- When the dough rises, divide it into equal parts and form balls. Open one by one in your hands and fill with the seasoned meat. Close in a triangular shape and place on a baking sheet with the seams facing down. Brush with yolk. Let it double in size in a warm place.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 35 minutes.
