- Milk2 cup

- Baking powder2 tablespoon
- Salt2 to taste
- In a large bowl, place the eggs and sugar. Beat well for 4 minutes, in the mixer, until it doubles in volume and obtains a light cream. Add the wheat flour, salt, oil, milk, and beat very well to incorporate. Finally add the yeast and stir lightly with a spoon. Pour the mixture into a rectangular shape (45 cm x 32 cm) greased and floured. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 60 minutes. Remove from the oven, let it cool and then serve this wonderful family-sized cake!
