- Chickpea flour100 g
- Water300 ml
- Salt3 g
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil17 g
- Energetically mix water and chickpea flour. Leave two hours to rest.
- Remove with a spoon the foam that has formed after it has been resting.
- Add salt and oil. Mix well.
- Put a lot of oil in a frying pan and fry until golden (the original recipe calls for it to go in the oven on a tile, but I prefer it that way)
- Add black pepper to the finished Farinata.
