  • Chickpea flour100 g
  • Water300 ml
  • Salt3 g
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Olive oil17 g
  1. Energetically mix water and chickpea flour. Leave two hours to rest.
  2. Remove with a spoon the foam that has formed after it has been resting.
  3. Add salt and oil. Mix well.
  4. Put a lot of oil in a frying pan and fry until golden (the original recipe calls for it to go in the oven on a tile, but I prefer it that way)
  5. Add black pepper to the finished Farinata.
