- Mix yeast and sugar in a bowl When dissolved, keep at room temperature.
- On a smooth and clean surface, mix the flour with the salt. Make a hole in the center and pour in the yeast mixture.
- Knead the dough until it stops sticking to your fingers, if you need to add more flour. Cover with a towel and let the dough rest for approximately 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Place the dough on a floured surface and use a rolling pin to roll it out. Assemble the pizza, first the sauce. Then the stuffing to taste, sprinkle oregano to taste.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the pastry is golden brown.
