- Olive oil to taste
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Rigatonni Pasta200 g
- Fresh thyme to taste
- Place the cheese and tomatoes in a baking dish, season with salt, black pepper and olive oil.
- Bake in the oven until the tomatoes are well roasted and the cheese is melted.
- Meanwhile cook the pasta in boiling salted water for the time recommended on the packet.
- Pour the already cooked macaroni into the cheese with the roasted tomatoes, adjust the seasoning mix everything, finish with Thyme and serve
