  • Fresh Fettuccine500 g
  • Bacon150 g
  • Eggs5 unit(s)
  • Grated Parmesan or Pecorino100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and fry very slowly in a non-stick skillet, starting with it cold. Reserve
  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated Parmesan or pecorino and the black pepper.
  3. Cook the fettuccine in salted water according to the package instructions, removing 1 minute before the indicated time. Reserve 1 cup of cooking water
  4. In the bacon frying pan, add the fettuccine, the egg cream with cheese and the cooking water. Shake well. The heat of the pasta and water cooks the eggs.
  5. Season with salt and serve
