- Fettuccine Pasta250 g
- The Alfredo sauce must be prepared at the same time as the pasta. When the pasta is already cooking normally, almost ready, take one to two ladles of the cooking water and place it in a refractory. Put half the butter in the water so that it melts with the heat, add the cooked pasta and add the parmesan and the rest of the butter. Mix well to form the sauce and that's it.
