- In a pan, sauté the leek, garlic and onion chopped in brunoise. Then add the wine and let it evaporate. Then add the butter and wheat and mix lightly. Add the cream and milk until it forms a consistent sauce. Lower the heat, add the Parmesan and mix. Season with salt, add nutmeg and pepper to taste. Then wrap the dough and when serving, place the almonds on top.
