- Smoked pork ribs, cut into cubes250 g
- Pre-cooked bunch of spinach in salted water1/2 unit(s)
- Whole Garlic Cloves4 unit(s)
- Spoons of olive oil6 unit(s)
- Stale bread crushed in a blender and fried in oil1 unit(s)
- Fresh cream700 ml
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- In a wide, low pan, fry the smoked ribs with the garlic cloves and four tablespoons of oil. After it takes color, add the already cooked and expressed spinach so that the water does not interfere with the cooking. After that, add the cream and let it reduce over medium heat.
- Finish in the pan with plenty of Parmesan until you get a dense but liquid cream.
- Add the pre-cooked pasta to the tooth and mix gently.
- At the time of serving, sprinkle with the crushed bread, previously sautéed and fried with 2 tablespoons of oil in a separate frying pan.
- Don't forget to reserve a few cubes of smoked ribs for finishing and decorating the dish.
- Serve hot with plenty of parmesan. 💥 good appetite
