Primeiramente faça os bifes e tempere com sal e pimenta.
Depois faça um empanamento simples som com a farinha de trigo ou a farinha de sua preferência. 
 
Frite os bifes em frigideira quente com um pouco de azeite e manteiga. 

Refogue alho e cebola, acrescente o molho de tomate e qdo ferver coloque a massa, deixe cozinhar e dois minutos antes do tempo da massa acomode os filés sobre a massa cubra com mozarela e deixe até derreter o queijo. Bom apetite
