- Beetroot1 unit(s)
- Mineral or filtered water50 ml
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Organic Yeast15 g
- Ghee butter or coconut butter1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Almond flour2 cup
- Mixed seeds (to put on top of bread) to taste
- In the blender, beat the beet with the water until it forms a juice.
- Add the egg, melted ghee, sugar, salt and yeast.
- Beat until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- Put the almond flour in a bowl and add the whipped cream.
- Stir well until smooth
- Put flour on a flat bench and start kneading the dough.
- Shape the bread and put it in the form of bread or English cake
- Cover with a cloth and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
- Pre heat the oven to 170 degrees
- Put the seeds on the bread and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely and unmold.
- Serve right away đ
