- Brown sugar1 cup

- Oat flour2 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Salt1 mg
- Cut the carrots into cubes in the blender, add the eggs and the oil and beat everything until smooth.
- In a bowl place the brown sugar, oat flour, and add the ingredients of the blender. Stir well until well mixed. Add 1 pinch of salt and the yeast last.
- Preheat the oven and bake to 120 degrees. Approximately 40 minutes or until you see that it is done enough by inserting a toothpick.
