- Oat flour1 cup
- Skimmed milk1 cup
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Ground Duckling350 g
- Tomato sauce100 g
- Grated Parmesan to taste
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Prepare the stuffing by sautéing the ground meat with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper and put aside.
- For the dough, beat the egg, skimmed milk, oat flour and salt in a blender. Beat well and nominally add the yeast.
- Heat a skillet greased with olive oil and pour 1 shell of the dough. Once you release from the skillet, turn the side. Yields 6 pancakes.
- Stuff the pancake with 3 spoons of ground beef and roll it up. Accommodate on a platter with some tomato sauce at the bottom.
- Cover the pancakes with tomato sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Take it to the oven to warm up and melt the cheese.
- Tip: add a little bit of supplyable light catupiry to the stuffing, you will be surprised!
