- In a blender, beat the eggs, oat flour, salt and yeast.
- Place in the skillet for 2 minutes and then turn the other side.
- Add the tomato sauce, the white cheese, the tomato slices and the oregano and cover for another two minutes and then turn it off and you can serve.
- It's a light and healthy pizza in less than 5 minutes!
