- Quinoa Flakes1/4 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in the blender until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- In a nonstick skillet greased with oil, bake the pancakes over low heat.
- Wrap the pancakes with the filling of your choice and serve with homemade tomato sauce on top.
