- Sugar1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Milk3/4 cup
- Melted butter60 g
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and, with the help of a fouet (egg beater), mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mass.
- Over medium heat, heat some butter in a small skillet.
- With the help of a ladle, pour the batter into the skillet until it covers the bottom.
- Let it fry over medium heat until the dough rises a little and the sides start to loosen and, with a spatula, turn the pancake.
- When both sides are golden, it's ready. Place on a plate and repeat the process, always greasing the skillet a little before the next so it doesn't stick.
- Serve the pancakes warm. They are delicious accompanied by mapple syrup, honey, dulce de leche, butter, chocolate syrup and jellies in general.
