- Biologist Dry Yeast10 g

- Warm Milk1 cup

- In a bowl put the sugar, yeast, warm milk (it can't be too hot). Mix well until the yeast dissolves well, then add the egg, oil and salt (shallow spoon). Add the wheat little by little and mix it with the spoon, then you won't be able to move it with the spoon anymore, it's time to move it with your hands, on a clean marble sprinkle a little bit of wheat on it and pour the dough, punching it and sprinkling wheat gradually if necessary. Put the margarine and knead a little more, you will notice that you will not need to add more wheat and the dough will come off your hands easily. Once your hands are no longer dirty, place the dough in a bowl, cover with a dish towel or plastic wrap and let it rest (you can even leave it in the oven off). After a few hours see if the dough has risen. If yes... Grease with margarine and wheat a rectangular shape about 35 cm long and set aside. Take the dough, cut 12 equal pieces with a knife and open it with the help of a rolling pin and leave it very thin, then roll it up to form a bun. Go on doing this with all of them and placing them neatly next to each other, leaving a space between them for a couple of fingers. Let it rest a little longer and as soon as it rises again, brush an egg yolk with a pinch of sugar or oil on top, raise it to bake until it starts to brown, don't let it get too dark so it doesn't form thick crust underneath the bun. Tip: It is good to make homemade bread in the morning and let it rest during the day for the best result. It is not good to make bread in cold and rainy times as it takes a long time for the dough to rise.
