- Milk1 cup

- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Fresh grated coconut200 g
- Sugar2 cup
- Oil160 ml
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Leave the rice to soak the night before. The next day, drain the water and hit the blender together with the milk and oil, until smooth.
- Add sugar and eggs until well blended. Add the rest of the ingredients, except the yeast. After turning off the blender, add the yeast and mix well, without beating.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° in a greased and sprinkled shape, for about 45 min. Do the toothpick test.
