- Demerara sugar1 tablespoon
- Whole wheat flour2 cup
- Organic Dry Yeast10 g
- Sesame2 tablespoon
- Whisk together the water, oil, salt and sugar in a blender.
- Put this mixture in a bowl and add the yeast, wheat flour and sesame. Mix well. The dough does not give a point to knead. She gets soft.
- Put the dough in a greased shape with a little oil and floured. Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 1 hour (it can be inside the oven turned off).
- Bake for about 35 minutes (depending on your oven) or until the bread is golden.
