- Water140 ml
- Organic Bread Yeast (1/2 pack)1/2 tablespoon
- Sugar1...1/2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour250 g
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 tablespoon
- Italian tomato3 unit(s)
- Mozzarella150 g
- Basil or Rosemary1 to taste
- Heat the water, but it has to be lukewarm so it doesn't "burn" the yeast, then put the yeast, sugar and 2 tablespoons of wheat flour, already take the 250 grs. Let rise for about 30 minutes.
- After this resting time, gradually add the wheat flour, olive oil and salt. Knead well, the dough is a little sticky. Leave to rest in a warm place covered with a clean cloth. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Grease shape and distribute the dough and open it well with your hand. Let it rest for another 15 minutes.
- After this period, put the chopped and seasoned tomato and also the finely chopped mozzarella. Throw oregano and put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes and after turning off the oven put sprigs of rosemary or basil. And good appetite ♥️
