  • Water400 ml
  • Organic Dry Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Rosemary to taste
  • Basil to taste
  • Fresh Oregano to taste
  • Pepperoni Pepper to taste
  • Olive oil4 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan150 g
  • Cherry Tomatoes100 g
  • Pars salt or coarse salt to taste
  1. Start by activating the yeast in warm water
  2. Mix well
  3. In a bowl add the flour
  4. And add the water and yeast mixture
  5. stir carefully
  6. add the sugar
  7. Add the olive oil
  8. Mix
  9. add the salt
  10. and mix
  11. grease a bowl
  12. put the dough
  13. Double every 20 minutes to activate the gluten.
  14. Total of 4 folds
  15. Then place the dough on a greased baking sheet.
  16. Drizzle oil on the dough
  17. Wet your fingers and make as if they were holes in the dough
  18. Add all the fillings
  19. Bake in a preheated oven for approximately 45 minutes.
