- Recipe
- Warm Milk250 ml
- Wheat Flour3.1/2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Dry Yeast10 g
- Beat in the blender the Milk, Oil, Egg, Sugar, Salt and finally Add the Yeast and of a pulse Only!
- Combine with the Wheat in a Bowl and Mix it little by little. The dough is very sticky and heavier!
- You can add directly in the greased and floured shape! Let rise for 1 hour and 20 minutes approx. until doubled in volume
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until golden!
