- Wheat flour150 g
- Semolina flour150 g

- Mix everything in a bowl until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Let the dough rest in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin or a cylinder and cut it as you like, in the video we made the tagliatelle
- Cook for 2/3 minutes in boiling water and the sauce of your choice is ready.
