  1. Weigh the flour

  3. With the help of a fork, start mixing the eggs with the flour until you can't use it anymore. With your hands, knead the dough until it forms a homogeneous mass. If you see that the dough has become crumbly, add a little water with the help of a tablespoon. Add gradually as the dough should be smooth but not mushy.
  4. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 1 hour.
  5. If you have a pasta machine, roll up to number 4. Dust the pasta with flour, but not too much.
  6. If you don't have a machine, you can open the roll. Roll out until you get a smooth and thin dough. Sprinkle flour over in the shape of a tolinho and cut the threads with the help of a knife.
  7. Let it dry in an airy place to dry.
