- Salt to taste
- Mix the salt into the flour. Make space in the center of the flour and pour the eggs, mixing them with the flour. Knead until you get a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes wrapped in plastic wrap.
- Open the dough with a rolling pin or cylinder to the thickness you prefer and cut it into the desired shape.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water.
