- Peeled and chopped cassava1 kg
- Vegetable broth tablet2 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Oil for frying to taste
- In the pressure cooker, place the chopped manioc, crushed garlic and vegetable broth and cover with water.
- Cook for about 15 minutes, after it starts to sizzle, remove the pressure and open the pan. Add the butter and salt and cook a little more, after turning off the heat, wait until it cools completely.
- In a pan, heat the oil and let it get very hot.
- Fry in small quantities and let it brown, when it is golden, transfer it to a container with paper towel to dry the excess oil.
- If you prefer, sprinkle more salt over the already fried mandioquinha.
