  • Recipe
  • Wheat flour800 g
  • Water11/2 l
  • Salt to taste
  • Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Oil150 ml
  1. Fry the garlic with a little oil.
  2. Add the water, salt, remaining oil and bay leaf.
  3. Let it boil. Turn off the heat and add the flour all at once.
  4. Stir well until it comes off the bottom.
  5. Transfer to a surface and let cool slightly. Then knead until smooth.
  6. Use whatever filling you like. Shredded chicken for coxinha. Cheese for cheese ball. Sausage to roll. Cheese and ham. Pepperoni.
  7. Dip in ice water and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil or freeze.
