- Wheat flour800 g
- Water11/2 l
- Salt to taste
- Crushed garlic cloves3 unit(s)
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Oil150 ml
- Fry the garlic with a little oil.
- Add the water, salt, remaining oil and bay leaf.
- Let it boil. Turn off the heat and add the flour all at once.
- Stir well until it comes off the bottom.
- Transfer to a surface and let cool slightly. Then knead until smooth.
- Use whatever filling you like. Shredded chicken for coxinha. Cheese for cheese ball. Sausage to roll. Cheese and ham. Pepperoni.
- Dip in ice water and then in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot oil or freeze.
