- Milk1/5 cup
- Grated Parmesan or Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Sauce Start with the meat browning in oil, add the seasonings of your choice, I used: garlic, tomato, tomato sauce and green smell. I left the sauce on low heat and set aside.
- Mashed potatoes Peel and Cook the potatoes. Once it is well cooked, knead and set aside. In a pan put the milk, margarine or butter and let it boil, add the mashed potatoes and a pinch of salt.
- In the skillet that made the sauce, place the Mashed Potatoes and add the cheese to finish, cover the skillet over low heat for a few minutes to melt the cheese.
