- Noodles (spaghetti, feather or screw)1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves2 unit(s)
- Oil or olive oil100 ml
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Onion to taste
- In a pan add water a little over half way.
- Add the oil and salt, stir and bring the water to a boil.
- After boiling the water, add the pasta of your choice and let it cook. Note: keep an eye out so you don't miss the point.
- After the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat, take it to the colander with running water to stop the cooking and set aside.
- Cut the garlic, onion and parsley and set aside.
- Using the same pan, turn on the heat and let the water dry. Add the oil, onion, garlic and parsley and let it fry a little without letting it burn.
- Once fried, add the noodles and stir well until combined. If the pasta is still a little dry, add a little more oil and it's ready. Enjoy your noodles! Tip: using seasoned salt of your choice will give the dish your face.
