- Oil200 ml
- Sliced garlic50 g
- Fried garlic50 g
- Green smell100 g
- Heat water with a good handful of salt
- After the water boils, cook the pasta.
- Fry the garlic slices in oil over low heat.
- When the pasta is al dente, transfer the noodles to the skillet with oil and garlic and use 1 cup of the cooking water along with it.
- Mix and finish with fried garlic and green smell.
