- Garlic head1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Lemon zest1 unit(s)
- Rosemary to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In a pan, put 2 liters of water to boil and cook the pasta. As soon as it starts to boil, add a generous layer of salt and when it boils again, arrange the pasta in a fan to cook and with the help of a fork stir from time to time to avoid lumps.
- Leave it in the fire for 8 minutes and then drain the water and pass cold water to finish cooking.
- At the same time, with a large frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic and onion over low heat, also with a pinch of salt. After finishing the pasta, add it to the stew and incorporate everything until it is homogeneous.
- Finish with the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
