- Beat the liquids in the blender and after it is very homogeneous add the wheat flour. The flour can reach up to 1 and a half cups for a pancake point. I add saffron to make the dough more rosy. Then just fry in a non-stick skillet. So it doesn't stick. And the filling is to taste. I suggest bolognese and a mixture of tomato sauce and white sauce.
