- Macaroni500 g
- Tomato sauce500 ml
- Chicken breast1 kg
- Cottage cheese5 tablespoon
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Grated Parmesan100 g
- Put the amount of tomato sauce in a refractory to dip the nests in half. Distribute the nests and reserve.
- Cook and shred the chicken breast. In a pan, brown the onion, add the shredded chicken and tomato sauce. Let it incorporate until the point of a creamy sauce.
- Place the stuffing inside the nests with delicacy so it doesn't break, cover the refractory with aluminum and take it to the oven for about 20 minutes. Open, water the nests with the sauce itself and close again with aluminum and take it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
- Remove the aluminum and make a mixture of cream cheese with cream cheese and place it over the nests and sprinkle a lot of Parmesan cheese. Leave for a few more minutes until the cheese is golden. If you prefer to replace Parmesan with mozzarella, it's also great.
- Serve warm with a colorful salad.
