- Rice flour150 g
- Sweet sprinkle150 g
- Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Water150 ml
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Organic Yeast10 g
- Put all the ingredients in a mixer using the light dough whisk (racket).
- Beat until the dough is homogeneous. If necessary, add a little more rice flour.
- Grease a loaf pan with a little margarine and rice flour.
- Pour the dough into the form, spread it out and cover with a damp cloth and wait for the dough to rise. Depending on the ambient temperature, it may take about 30 min or more.
- As soon as the dough rises, preheat the oven to 180° for about 10 minutes. Place a pan with a little water on the bottom shelf.
- Place the form with the bread on the top shelf and, about 30 minutes later, insert a toothpick into the dough to see if it is ready.
- Unmold and enjoy!! It's a delight!
