- Filtered water200 ml
- Potato Starch0.5 cup
- Brown rice flour0.5 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Sweet paprika1 coffee spoon
- Sea salt to taste
- Blend all the ingredients in a blender until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Heat a nonstick skillet greased with oil.
- Put a little of the dough to cover the frying pan and bake on both sides.
- Fill with the stuffing of your choice, cover with homemade tomato sauce and finish with lactose-free grated cheese.
