- Sweet sprinkle150 g
- Rice flour150 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Xanthan Gum1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Organic yeast for bread1 tablespoon
- Water to the point or150 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut oil or your choice2 tablespoon
- Chia seeds or flax seeds to taste1 tablespoon
- Before taking the ingredients to the mixer, in a bowl add the sweet sprinkle and rice flour to make the flour mix (which is super important). Then add the sugar, xanthan gum, salt and yeast and mix again. Add the water, eggs and oil little by little and mix. After mixing all the ingredients, take it to the mixer and beat everything for approximately 3 minutes. Grease a bread pan with oil or margarine and place the dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes on average and take it to the oven preheated to 180° for 35 minutes on average. The aroma and flavor look amazing with coconut oil 😍🤤 Unmold and let cool on a wire rack so the bread doesn't get wet underneath.
- Tip: Keep your sliced gluten-free breads in the freezer and heat the slices you are going to eat. If you prefer, freeze the whole bread and reactivate its softness by heating it in the oven for 5 minutes.
