- Cooked gluten-free penne2 cup
- Ground beef sautéed with garlic and onion200 g
- Homemade tomato sauce3 cup
- Cooked corn1/2 cup
- Carrots, cut into small cubes1/2 cup
- Chopped Spinach1 cup
- Zucchini cut into small cubes1/2 cup
- Sea salt to taste
- Green Spice1 dessert spoon
- In a pan, heat the tomato sauce, add the ground beef and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the carrot and corn, when the carrot is al dente. Add the zucchini and spinach and adjust the salt.
- Cook for another 1 minute and finish with the green seasoning.
- Stir in the cooked penne and serve immediately.
