- Chopped Garlic2 coffee spoon
- Medium onion1/2 unit(s)
- Corn Starch1 cup
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Parsley1 tablespoon
- Sauce of your choice to taste
- Salt to taste
- Melt the margarine and sauté the garlic and onion well. Over low heat and stirring constantly, add the mashed potatoes, starch, egg yolks, salt and parsley and cook until incorporated and unglued from the bottom of the pan (about 5 minutes).
